Booking requests and confirmation
An online reservation is a request and is not final until Heavenia staff confirms the therapist, service, date, time, location, and payment arrangement. Availability may change before confirmation.
Please review your contact and booking details before submitting. We use the contact information provided to confirm or discuss your request.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos and may vary by service, add-on, spa visit, or hotel service. The final amount and accepted payment method will be confirmed by staff before payment.
Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, one-time codes, or other sensitive financial credentials through inquiry forms or live chat.
Health and safety
Massage and spa services are for wellness and relaxation and are not medical treatment. Tell staff about relevant allergies, injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or discomfort before service so the request can be assessed safely.
Heavenia may decline, pause, or modify a service when reasonably necessary for the safety and comfort of clients or therapists.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Pending requests may be cancelled before staff confirmation by contacting Heavenia.
- For a confirmed booking, please request cancellation or rescheduling at least two hours before the scheduled time.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may affect acceptance or payment arrangements for future bookings.
- Any applicable refund depends on the booking status, payment method, and arrangements confirmed before payment.
- If Heavenia cannot provide a confirmed prepaid service, staff will offer a reasonable reschedule or arrange the applicable refund.
Service availability
We work to keep service, therapist, schedule, and price information accurate. Temporary outages, emergencies, safety concerns, or events outside reasonable control may require changes. Staff will communicate material changes to affected clients when possible.
Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms when services or requirements change. The current effective date appears at the top of this page. These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Philippines.
